Monkey Shoulder is made from using only single malt, and no grain, Scotch whisky from three Speyside distilleries, the Malt Master has developed a new style 'triple' malt. Matured in first-fill ex-Bourbon casks, "Batch 27" refers to the blending of 27 casks at a time to ensure consistency and quality in each bottle. Its mellow character and versatility make it an excellent choice for sipping neat, on the rocks, or as a base for a wide range of whisky cocktails.
