A medium, salmon-pink colour, Monsoon Valley Muscat is deliciously sweet and well-balanced. The wine has lush aromas of lychee, rose, and cherry blossom. Smooth on the palate, with rose petals, additional notes of honey, lemon & orange zest, and a long, clean persistence, making it a perfect pairing with desserts.
Food Match: Serve at 8 - 12°C with traditional Thai Tong-Yip dessert (golden egg yolk threads in a jasmine & sugar syrup), ice cream sorbet, French Macaroons, mango and sticky rice.
