Grapes: A blend of 65% Semillon and 35% Chardonnay, lightly oaked
Producer Tasting Note:
A delicate blend of herbaceous Semillon and exotic tropical Chardonnay fruit characters, with subtle oak complexity balanced by a crisp, fresh finish. Delicate creamy texture with plenty of tropical and zesty lemon flavours.
The grapes were cold fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to retain the fruity aromatics. A portion was fermented on oak lees to add complexity and texture.
