Grapes: A blend of 50% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir and 5% Pinot Meunier, bottle fermented, 8g/L residual sugar

An expressive bouquet of ripe pears, citrus oil, crisp white peach and freshly baked bread. Medium to full-bodied, fleshy and textural, it's ample and enveloping, with a generous core of sun-kissed fruit, a delicate mousse and a nicely defined, delicately sweet finish.

"Brut sparkling wine made by the traditional method exclusively from grapes 50%, Chardonnay (Côte des Blancs) and 45% Pinot Noir (Montagne de Reims) and 5% Pinot Meunier (Vallée de la Marne) and coming from about 50 different crus, 15% of which are reserve wine. Maintained at least 3 years in contact with its fine lees before disgorgement. Creamy, accessible and pleasant to drink, it shows white and stone fruits with a fresher profile, accompanied by floral, yeast and dried fruit notes, with its refreshing acidity and its firm and creamy texture dictating the rules and inviting you to another sip. It has a seductive and persistent finish, with citrus, buttery, sweet spices, pears, nuts and umami touches"
