Maroon colour. Good aromatic intensity where red fruits and liquorice stand out accompanied by balsamic nuances. The wine has a soft and elegant entry, with a good acidity that gives it freshness. Notes of ripe fruit, such as cherry and blueberries, are combined with subtle hints of spice and oak from the ageing. It has a balanced structure, with a medium body and a soft texture, ending in a long and harmonious finish.
Food Match: It pairs perfectly with red meats such as lamb or beef, especially when they are roasted or stewed with spicy sauces.
