Minimal skin contact with the wine produces delicate notes of summer fruits with a hint of citrus, leading to a crisp, dry rosé that can be enjoyed anytime. It has a beautiful firm acidity and finishes with a wonderful dryness.
Food Match: Great with savoury food – seafood aioli, fried oysters with chipotle, Jambon de Bayonne ham baguette, chicken couscous and lamb braised in Indian spices.
