Grapes: A blend of 85% Sauvignon Blanc, 12% Pinot Gris and 3% Pinot Noir

Producer Tasting Note:

Elegant and delightfully lifted, showing sweet strawberry, creaming soda, white floral and lemon zest aromas, it's juicy and refreshing with excellent fruit purity and finesse. This magical mix gives the wine a beautiful blush colour and aromatics, while softening the acidity on the palate.

Sauvignon Blanc fruit was sourced from an 8ha block in Marlborough’s stunning Waihopai Valley - known as Snapper Rock’s ‘ika vineyard’, ika meaning ‘fish’ in Māori.
