In the glass, this Crémant presents itself in a bright, straw colour with delicate greenish reflections. Its expressive bouquet is characterised by fresh fruit aromas of green apple and fine citrus zest combining harmoniously with notes of white flowers, freshly baked pastries and a hint of white almonds. On the palate, it delights with a creamy, finely integrated perlage and a lively acidity that gives it freshness and elegance. The balanced dosage underlines the fine fruit play and ensures a remarkable harmony. The result is a multi-layered crémant with finesse, depth and a long, balanced finish.

"This elegant Crémant is a sparkling, light yellow in colour with pale green reflections. On the nose, the aromas are fruity and precise, with notes of green apple, citrus zest, white flowers, brioche and white almond. On the palate, the creamy mousse, fresh acidity and a well-tempered dosage combine to emphasise the fine fruit flavours. A fine Crémant with depth."
