Grapes: 100% Ojaleshi, aged in steel tanks, 38g/L residual sugar, transitioning to organic farming
Light ruby colour, semi-sweet red wine. Sharply expressed aromas of cherry, strawberry and blackcurrants. Delicate taste and light acidity.
A “Tamada” is a Georgian toastmaster who overseas a traditional Georgian feast.
Philippe Lespy, formerly Head Viticulturist at Château Mouton-Rothschild in Bordeaux for over eight years, is in charge of the winemaking at GWS.
