Tamianka is the Bulgarian/Serbian/Russian name for the aromatic Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains white grape variety. A small number of fresh dessert wines are produced, but most are dry, having citrus, floral and spice aromas. Drink the drier wines with all kinds of fish and seafood.
