Classic Dark Chocolate (70%), 25g 
Floral and woody, with dried fruit, nuts and cinnamon. In the mouth, fruity and liqueur, nutty notes, raisins, plums and cherries.
Fonseca Bin 27, 5cl Miniature
Pure blackberry, cassis, cherry and plum aromas, notes of spice. Full bodied and round, with a smooth, velvety texture.

Classic Dark Chocolate (58%), 25g
Cocoa and dried fruits, walnuts and pine nuts, aromas of molasses, vanilla and cinnamon, woody nuances.
Taylors LBV, 5cl Miniature
Intense woodland fruit with crisp, brambly blackcurrant and blackberry aromas. Black berry fruit, raspberry and cherry, wild herbs, notes of liquorice and coffee.

Classic Milk Chocolate (35%), 25g
Caramel and vanilla, notes of dried fruits and coffee with milk.
Taylor's 10YO Tawny, 5cl Miniature
Aromas of ripe berry fruit, nuttiness and notes of chocolate, butterscotch and fine oak wood. Figgy, jammy flavours.

Classic White Chocolate 25g
Cocoa butter, fruity notes of passion fruit and red fruits. Vanilla and almond notes and a creamy, velvety texture.
Taylor's Chip Dry White,  5cl Miniature
Fresh fruit fragrances, aromas and hints of oak of a traditional white Port. Fresh, lively palate, with good flavour and crisp, dry finish.
