A delicate straw yellow hue leads to a bright, aromatic nose filled with tropical fruit notes of passion fruit and lychee, balanced by refreshing citrus hints. On the palate, this medium-bodied white wine is smooth, well-balanced, and refreshingly supple, with a crisp, clean finish.
This wine is dealcoholised using the "vacuum evaporation technique", removing the alcohol at a temperature of 20°C, thus preserving both aroma and flavour.
