Grapes: 51% Cabernet Sauvignon, 49% Ruby Cabernet. Old vine fruit grown on the banks of the Murray River. Aged for 6 to 12 in French oak barrels. Selected parcels make up the final blend of this wine made by Jo Nash
Producer Tasting Note:
Dark red in colour with purple hue. Lifted nose of vanilla, blackberry and red currant. Displays notes of spice and rich black fruits on the palate. Perfectly balanced, with a firm, smooth tannin structure, it finishes with lengthy ripe fruits and French oak.
