Producer Tasting Note:

Pale straw in colour with green hues. Aromas of fresh tropical fruits combine with blossom notes and sweet spice. The wine has a savoury edge with flinty notes from wild fermentation. The flavours from the nose are mirrored on the palate and balanced by the creamy mid-palate and refreshing, lip-smacking acidity that gives this wine lovely length with a savoury, textural finish.

"As the wine opens out in glass and on the palate the flavours of grapefruit and white peach begin to emerge, Additional flavours of apple and white spice unfold over the coming minutes.
