Grapes: Shiraz with a splash of Viognier, wild yeast ferment

An exotic mixture of aromas such as Turkish delight, blood plums, violet, blueberry and white pepper. Medium bodied, deep crimson red with flavours of dark cherry and spiced fruit cake. The tannins are fine and mouth coating and the finish is plush and round showing the synergy of blending these two varieties.

"Deep ruby-red, even colour throughout. The nose is rich, with aromas of roasted meat, coffee beans overlying, blackberry, plum and a touch of floral. Medium-bodied, aromas of blackberry and young plum entwined with coffee beans, spice and chocolate. The succulent fruit melded with savoury aromas, laced with soft tannins, and lively acidity drive a moreish closing. Match with grilled meat and burgers over the next 2-3 years. Fermented with wild yeast to 14% alc, vegan friendly."
