Crimson with violet hues. Spiced plums and peppercorns with a savoury fruit cake finish. The palate is a mix of violets and spice with hints of fresh liquorice with lingering plums. This is a fruit driven, medium bodied wine with fine, soft tannins and a savoury, persistent finish.

This "Organic Shiraz" perfectly illustrates this philosophy. On the nose, aromas of ripe black fruits—blackberry, juicy plum—are overshadowed by spicy and slightly floral notes. Black pepper, violet, and a touch of cocoa blend in a subtle balance, testifying to measured maturation and exceptional raw materials. On the palate, the magic happens immediately. The attack is ample, fleshy, and enveloping, carried by silky tannins and a beautiful freshness that gives the wine an irresistible dynamic. Far from overly opulent Shirazes, this vintage plays the card of elegance and digestibility, with a spicy structure that lingers long into a slightly minty finish.
