Estate: Located on the western fringe of the Transylvania/Banat region, winemaker Hartley Smithers (Australia) has worked with Cramel Recas' experienced team of Romanian viticulturists and winemakers to create a series of modern, fruit driven wines that express perfectly the traditions and terroir of the Recas vineyard where wine has been produced continuously since 1477. The latest expression, highlighting the sweeter, stone-fruit & tropical character of the native white Feteasca Alba grape, makes an ideal blending component alongside the well known Pinot Grigio varietal.
