Producer Tasting Note:
Classic red berry and pink grapefruit aromas complemented by hints of black pepper and wild herbs. Smooth, with delicate berry and vanilla flavours through to a refreshing citrus finish.
The grapes for "Zin Heaven" were fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks at a low temperature. The wine was macerated on the skins for 18 hours imparting the rich fruity flavours to the final wine.
