Grape: 100% Gewurztraminer, organic, hand picked, unoaked, sourced from vineyards around 100 miles south of Chile's capital, Santiago

Producer Tasting Note:

The nose offers white pepper, floral aromas of jasmine, lychee, and honey notes. The floral notes reappear on the palate, along with apricot and mandarin orange. Mineral nuances with a lingeringly spicy, ginger and exotic finish. Medium bodied with good concentration and a refreshing ripe fruit finish. A Thai fighting delight!

"Certified organic white wine made exclusively from Gewürztraminer grapes, without oak aging, but aged for 4 months in stainless steel tanks. Always consistent, this is another great version of this wine, presenting white and tropical fruits accompanied by floral and spicy notes, which are confirmed on the palate. Clear and with good typicity, it has vibrant acidity, a tense and firm texture, and a persistent finish with hints of citrus, lychee, and peach. Alcohol 13%"
