Non Vintage Champagne

Although based on a single year Non Vintage or NV Champagne is mostly a blend of two or more vintages. Most Champagne is Brut which is dry, but not bone dry. Interestingly, Extra Dry denotes a style that is less dry than Brut. Demi-Sec is sweeter with a larger dosage. Although Demi-Sec translates to Medium Dry, it is, in fact, sweet.
