Crafted with precision and care, this wine is a delightful blend of 48% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Noir, and 19% Pinot Meunier grapes grown in Nyetimber's own vineyards in West Sussex and Hampshire, England. The fruit is hand-picked from 20-30 year old vineyards. Traditional bottle fermentation with 9.8g/L residual sugar. Aged 3 years on lees before release for extra complexity and depth of flavour.

Experience a beautifully balanced taste with a pale gold colour and a fine, delicate mousse. On the nose, discover aromas of honey, citrus, and brioche, leading to a palate filled with ripe apricot, honeydew melon, baked apple, almond and pastry flavours. Very fine and elegant with a great combination of intensity, delicacy and length. The wine finishes with a refreshing crispness and a creamy texture that lingers long after each sip.

"Brilliant golden yellow with green reflections. Smells of Granny Smith, lemon balm, summer garden herbs and hints of yeast bread and aniseed. Mouth-watering acidity and a fine mousse are well structured on the palate. Delicate raspberry notes and lemon cream linger refreshingly in the finish. An all-rounder."

On the medium-bodied palate there’s a very attractive juicy mandarin orange character that is neatly counterpointed by the fine mousse and crisp acidity. Not bone dry, but with an animating harmony.
