Grapes: A blend of 58% Pinot Noir and 42% Chardonnay from four vintages. Currently based on the 2018 vintage (91%) alongside a dash each from 2014/2015/2016. Grapes sourced from Nyetimber's vineyards in West Sussex & Hampshire, 10g/l residual sugar. Disgorged in October, 2021.

Aromas include a charming mix of fresh red fruits (cherries & strawberries, plums & mandarins) along with intriguing spice notes of anise and lavender, the palate has a creamy, round texture with refreshing redcurrant, raspberry and cherry flavours, suggestions of brioche lead into an elegant, silky finish.

"Creamy rose hip tisane on the nose also has a touch of lemon and finest yeast. The palate expands on these notions with creamy fruitful generosity. Rose hip is joined by red apple, lemon is boosted by zestiness and the finest mousse amplifies that creamy feel. It's a classy but thoroughly hedonistic rosé that unites generosity, elegance and utter freshness. Consider this alongside subtle food—its inherent depth will add dimensions of pleasure. Lovely now, sure to develop."

"Brilliant dusky pink with orange reflections. On the nose there are aromas of ripe red fruits of sweet cherry and raspberry compote, alongside candied almond. In the mouth it shows a juicy texture with racy acidity, a gentle mousse and a delicate fruitiness. The finish is refreshingly salty with tasty, slowly fading wild strawberry fruit."
