August is all about Albarino. Spain's number one grape for peach, lime/citrus and mineral-driven white wines. Usually unoaked, Albarino wines make the ideal pairing with fresh fish and seafood. More complex wines with extended lees ageing open up the drinking experience to a wider range of cuisine including charcuterie.
