Grape: 100% Pinot Gris, hand harvested, whole bunch pressed, 30% fermented in French oak barriques, 9g/L residual sugar (off dry style)
Producer Tasting Note:
The colour of pale lemon straw, with clear hues in the glass. This Pinot Gris has a lush texture. Aromas of nectarine, sweet peach, pear and melon with w hint of citrus blossom are detected on the nose This is followed by a lush, full entry of ripe peach, apricot, tangelo and lemon zest. Excellent balance, with layers of complexity leading to a long apricot and citrus finish.

"Very enticing bouquet with complexity and minerality, aromas of ripe tree fruits and mineral clay, with some spice and floral complexity. Off dry on the palate with a perfect measure of residual sweetness, balanced and contrasting acid line, a silky texture and flavours of grilled brown pear and apple, some citrus layers and fine white spice accents.
